Pest Control Treatment & Maintenance Plans

We have monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly treatment plans for pest control services for residential and commercial properties. Check them out.

Monthly Service

This is a basic service performed every month for control of ants, roaches, and silverfish. This service does not include carpenter ants, pharaoh ants, or rodents. Attic treatment with this service can be done for an additional charge.

  • Treatment Details – Treatment consists of interior spraying of baseboards, closets, under sks, garage, patio, pool area, exterior base of house, around windows and doors, and eaves. This service is guaranteed month to month. If customer has any problems during the guarantee period we will return free of charge and take care of any problems for covered pests under this service. This service does not include carpenter ants, pharaoh ants, or rodents. Attic treatment with this service can be done for an additional charge.

Bi-Monthly Service

This is a basic service performed every two months for control of brown recluse, black widows, ants, roaches, silverfish, and other pests. This service does not include carpenter ants, pharoah ants, or rodents. Treatment is effective for 60 days then needs to be re-applied to renew the residual chemical. Attic treatment with this service can be done for an additional charge.

  • Treatment Details – Treatment consists of interior spraying of baseboards, closets, under sinks, garage, patio, pool area, external base of house, around windows and doors and eaves.

Quarterly Service

This is a basic service performed every three months for control of brown recluse, black widows, ants, roaches, silverfish, and other pests. This service does not include carpenter ants, pharoah ands, or rodents. Treatment is effective for 90 days then needs to be re-applied to renew the residual chemical. Attic treatment with this service can be done for an additional charge.

  • Treatment Details – Treatment consists of interior spraying of baseboards, closets, under sins, garage, patio, pool area, external base of house, around windows and doors and eaves.
